Photochemical Etching Advantage
Low cost CAD generated tooling, photo-plotted with up to 1/16 of a mil resolution, assures consistent quality and precision. We can receive part specifications by blueprint or by electronic media.
Production of photochemically etched metal parts on a wide range of materials including:
- Copper, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, brass, mild steels, 300 and 400 series stainless steels, precipitation hardening steels, aluminum and its alloys, nickel, monels, inconels, kovar, molybdenum, and nickel-iron magnetic alloys with high permeabilities.
- We can also process metal foils with thicknesses less than .001″ to metal sheets with thicknesses up to .125″.
Flexible manufacturing capability allows the production of a few prototypes as well as high volume production runs.
All manufactured parts are subject to rigorous dimensional and visual inspections. Applying the principles of statistical process control and statistical quality control assures our customers of the zero defect standard for quality and precision.
